A new, beautiful and high-quality seaside villa in Hailuoto's Santonen offers facilities for vacation and entertaining for smaller and larger groups. We can accommodate comfortably 8+4 people, and if necessary, capacity can be increased with a party tent and tents.

Enjoy privacy, as all the spaces are reserved for your use during the entire stay. A large terrace, yard and beautiful sandy beach offer space to enjoy summer or winter days. The shallow and safe beach is suitable for children.

Terwaluoto is an ideal destination for small and business groups who want to experience the atmosphere of Hailuoto with modern amenities. Through our partners, we also offer various activities and catering services. We want to make the impossible possible, so feel free to ask if you have an event for a larger group or any special requests.

Facilities

Terwaluoto's high-quality facilities consist of three separate buildings. The main building has a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and an open kitchen, as well as a bathroom and a toilet. In the other seperate building there are two separate bedrooms, and in the sauna building there is, as the name suggests, a sauna and a bedroom. A large terrace connects all buildings, and in front of the sauna, there is an outdoor hot tub. There are also campfire places on the terrace and the beach.

Arrival

The ferry trip from Oulunsalo to Hailuoto is already an experience in itself (see ferry schedules). The villa is located about 6 km from Hailuoto ferry harbor, so it's easy to come by car, bicycle or bus (see schedules). There is space for five cars in the yard.

Would you like to make your vacation or event unforgettable also in terms of the trip itself? In the summer, you can order a private cruise from Oulu to Huikku and transportation from there to the villa by minibus. We can also arrange transportation from the airport or any other location, so please ask for more information!
